1.  Any Delivers must be specified in advance.

   Delivery: +\- (3 - 5 main centers) or ( 7 - 10 outlying areas) working days from the date of signed acceptance of artwork and deposit ( Depending on quantities). Any Delivery date indicated by the supplier, shall be regarded as the estimated date of delivery & is not binding on the supplier

 

2. Installation is not included in our standard price.

 

3. E-mail artwork acceptance and payment before production can commence.

 

4. Standard production time is 5 – 7 workdays. (larger orders may vary.)

 

5. Any Order that is needed before Standard production may incur a 10% rush Fee

 

6.The balance of the payment is required before any delivery or collection.

 

7. All artwork printed by stam products may be used as advertising on promotional flyers/emails.

 

8. All products supplied are event products and should never be used in harsh weather or as permanent fixtures.

 

9. Material shrinkage may cause banners to be out by 50 mm all around.

 

10. Items remain the property of Stam Products until full payment reflects in our account.

 

11. If for any reason you want to change the artwork, after the original approval has been given, you will be responsible for all additional charges.
